We aim to ensure that our customers are wholly satisfied with every purchase made from Swindon Computers. If customers require guidance regarding any issue, we recommend that they call our friendly and knowledgeable sales team prior to purchase.

You may order online 24 hours a day through our secure server by clicking Add to Basket on any product or by ringing our sales team on 01793 61 66 88, Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1800.

Our standard delivery time is 2-3 working days from the time we process your order subject to stock availability.

We will notify you if there are any delays in the dispatch of your goods either by phone or e-mail. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason we will not charge monies to your credit or debit card, or if you have paid by any other method we will return any monies sent to us without delay.

Paying By Card

We accept payment by most credit/debit cards except (not Amex), there is no surcharge for paying by credit/debit cards and we DO NOT accept credit cards issued by foreign banks.

Please Note: - We operate a sophisticated fraud screening process to protect both our customers and ourselves.

CHAPS, BACS, Wire Transfer, cheque or cash.

We suggest you contact our sales team on 01793 61 66 88 prior to sending any payments to us, in order that we may reserve stock on your behalf.

We will provide you with a unique order reference number that should be used on any correspondence ensuring fast and efficient processing of your order.

Purchase Orders

In addition to the above we also accept official purchase orders from the following sectors: -

Local Authorities, Government, Education, Financial, Healthcare, & other official corporate bodies.

Please fax through your official purchase orders on 01793 616688 so that we may reserve stock on your behalf. Please note that a hard copy of the original purchase order is required before we can dispatch any goods.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom , EU, and Republic of Ireland & Channel Isles. Our standard delivery time is 2-3 working days from the time we process your order subject to stock.

Orders must be received and processed by 4PM to qualify for next day delivery. You shall be notified either by phone or e-mail should we encounter a problem when processing your order. Orders received after 4PM will be despatched on a next day service the FOLLOWING day (except weekends and bank holidays).

Delivery charges:

The delivery pricing that you see in the shopping basket is calculated on the individual products rather than a flat rate fee. This gives us the ability to make sure the cost of shipping more accurately reflects the products you are buying.

For example if you ordered just a 1 memory product the shipping might be £2.99 + vat, if you order a laptop it would be £9.99 + vat. If you order both at the same time the shipping would be £12.99 + vat, the system will automatically use the higher of the two charges. Some items like hard drives or the larger laptop carry cases may have slightly high shipping costs because they need either expensive packing to protect them in transit or have a large volume but low weight, couriers charge more for this because of the space taken up is greater even though the parcel may not weigh much.

All of the above delivery details apply to UK mainland ONLY. Orders to the EU, Republic of Ireland and outlying Islands may incur a surcharge, please call for more details before ordering.
